Responsive Giving
Our Approach
Animal Welfare | Basic Needs | Disaster Relief | Health & Education | Homelessness
While the Foundation focuses on programs that have national impact, the health of our communities is close to our hearts. We are keenly aware of the many situations that can adversely affect us, and we respond to crises that occur in our communities. We respond to those who suffer as a result of natural disasters and other emergencies or from a lack of basic needs. Homelessness, in particular, is a significant interest of the Foundation and we work, primarily in Washington state, with organizations committed to providing safe and stable housing for either youth, young adults, or families with children. Educational initiatives and the well-being of animals are also very important to us.
We’re proud to embrace organizations and causes including those listed. We are all “citizens of the world” and, together, we can lift each other up.
