Our 2025-2026 Impact
Since Sheri founded the Schultz Family Foundation in 1996, our work in recent years in the state of Washington and nationwide has been some of our most rewarding to date. What began with Sheri working alongside nonprofits on the streets of Seattle has grown to a broad network of local and national partners collaborating to catalyze a way forward for the next generation.
From the early days of the Foundation, our vision has been clear: to leave the world a better place than we found it. For us, that means creating opportunity where it may not otherwise exist. It means meeting people where they are and betting on them when they are eager to bet on themselves. It is about finding ways to make sure that the ability to thrive, grow and prosper is available to all – no matter their life’s circumstances.
Reflecting on our own family journey, from our cross-country drive to begin a career at a place called Starbucks to the expansive network of friends and partners we work alongside today, we remember those who have bet on us and the impact you have had on our lives. We have long believed it is our responsibility to pay that forward. Through the work of the Foundation, we are inspired daily by just how much can be achieved when people come together.
Last year alone, the Foundation and its partners were able to serve more than one million youth and community members through career navigation and development tools, mental- health support, cash assistance and housing resources. Today, we’re excited to share the release of the Schultz Family Foundation 2025-2026 Impact Report with more information on how our incredible team is working to set the next generation up for success.
Together, we are investing in people and uniting communities. We are empowering dreams. And there is more to be done.
With gratitude,
