Adiam Zeray

grants & office administrator

Adiam Zeray is the grants & office administrator at the Schultz Family Foundation, where she plays a central role in both the Foundation’s grantmaking operations and day-to-day office management. In this role, Adiam coordinates the regular distribution of grants, ensures data integrity and grantee compliance, and supports the smooth functioning of internal systems and workflows across the organization.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Adiam served as an Administrative Assistant at KPFF Consulting Engineers. There, she managed executive schedules, coordinated events, and helped facilitate a seamless return-to-office experience, building a strong foundation in operational support and organizational coordination.

A Seattle native, Adiam is a graduate of the University of Washington, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in media and communications. Outside of the office, she is deeply engaged with Seattle’s Eritrean community, actively connecting with Eritrean youth and leading workshops that celebrate Eritrean culture. Through this work, she helps create spaces for inspiration, cultural pride, and empowerment for the next generation.
