Jaime Feeman

As the director of operations, Jaime integrates and operationalizes strategies to advance programmatic initiative and fostering continuous learning and refinement.

Before joining the Foundation, Jaime led operations at Dog Tag Bakery, a veteran service organization. There, she scaled operations from a regional to a national level by designing and implementing a growth assessment framework focused on sustainable, measurable impact. Jaime also spearheaded financial strategic priorities, overseeing annual operating budgets, revenue models, and risk frameworks.

Jaime’s experience includes working as a management consultant at Deloitte, where she collaborated with federal and philanthropic clients in strategy and operations. At Deloitte, she developed pilot program strategies to measure health indicators in rural military communities and created business cases with multiple financial scenarios to evaluate technical options. She also facilitated business process improvement sessions and co-led Business Chemistry workshops to enhance understanding of business working styles, promoting efficient management and teamwork.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University. She is a Scholar with the Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs, making lasagnas for Lasagna Love, and exploring new places.
