Kristin DeRosa is a managing director at the Schultz Family Foundation overseeing communications. In this role, she helps extend the reach and impact of the Foundation’s key initiatives and programs, supports its storytelling and marketing efforts and works to drive broader awareness of the Foundation’s mission to make opportunity accessible to all.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she spent more than a decade working at a global PR agency, based in New York City, where she specialized in reputation management with a focus on issues and crisis communications. Over the last 12 years, she has helped clients navigate complex challenges and stakeholder relations in the nonprofit, sports and entertainment, retail and food and beverage industries, while building comprehensive programs to safeguard their reputation. With a focus on narrative development, executive positioning and issues management, she has built her career balancing risk-readiness initiatives with proactive build-branding efforts.
Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and public relations from Penn State University. She is a proud New Jersey shore native, where she currently resides.
